Share2024 Adrian Awards Celebration
HSMAI will celebrate Wish You Were Here! and honor the winners of the 2024 Adrian Awards competition February 18, 2025, at the New York Marriott Marquis. The celebration brings together key influencers including travel and hospitality marketing and communications executives, leading agencies and firms, and industry partners.
Celebration Agenda:
All events are at the New York Marriott Marquis located at 1535 Broadway.
Badges are required for admittance to all events. Pick yours up at the HSMAI Adrian Awards registration desk on the 6th floor.
4:30 PM: Registration Opens: Broadway Ballroom Foyer (6th Floor)
5:00 – 6:00 PM: HSMAI Top 25 Reception (By invitation only): Marquis B&C (9th Floor)
5:30 – 7:30 PM: Adrian Awards *Dinner Reception: 6th Floor
*Multiple food stations will be available for guests to eat during the Dinner Reception.
7:30 – 9:30 PM: Adrian Awards Celebration: Broadway Ballroom (6th Floor)
Only dessert and Champagne will be served during the sit-down Celebration. A cash bar will be open in the ballroom foyer.

Coat Check: Broadway Ballroom Foyer (6th Floor)
Photos: A photographer will be on site to capture the evening and awards presentations. Adrian Award trophies will be available for use in photos for winners.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations received four weeks prior to the conference will receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received between four and one week out are entitled to a 50% refund, or 100% roll-over to the 2025 event. Cancellations received within one week will not be refunded, except in the case of a medical emergency (including if you are required to quarantine due to covid exposure). The transferring of a registration to a colleague is free of charge, and must be requested in writing. All cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing to mandie.hart@hsmai.org.
Hotel Reservations
A special rate of $339 at the New York Marriott Marquis for Adrian Award Celebration is available for attendees – cutoff date, February 7.
