HSMAI invites you to help commemorate The Next Great Chapter in travel marketing at the 2022 Adrian Awards Celebration, taking place on the West Coast for the first time. Make plans to be there Thursday, February 23, 2023, at the JW Marriott L.A. LIVE for an evening celebrating the best advertising, digital, PR/communications, and integrated campaigns, and the people behind the work. The celebration brings together key influencers including travel and hospitality marketing and communications executives, leading agencies and firms, and industry partners.

5:00 – 6:00 PM: HSMAI Top 25 Reception (By invitation only): Diamond 1-3
*5:30 – 7:30 PM: Adrian Awards Dinner Reception: Diamond Foyer
7:30 – 9:00 PM: Adrian Awards Celebration: Diamond 1
9:00 – 10:00 PM: Adrian Awards After Party: Diamond Foyer
*Multiple food stations will be available for guests to eat before the Celebration. Only dessert will be served during the sit-down Celebration.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations received four weeks prior to the conference will receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received between four and one week out are entitled to a 50% refund, or 100% roll-over to the 2024 event. Cancellations received within one week will not be refunded, except in the case of a medical emergency (including if you are required to quarantine due to covid exposure). The transferring of a registration to a colleague is free of charge, and must be requested in writing. All cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing to mandie.hart@hsmai.org.
